The hotel is old building with somewhat modern interior. Location is good cental location near many shops and restaurants. Can get a little noisy on the weekend. The room is very small. No wardrobe or stand to put your suitcase. The bed was extremely soft and was hurting both our backs. The bed cover had a stain on it or which we asked to have it changed. The room had not been cleaned properly as there was dust on the shower and a dirty earbud on the floor under the table of which we left to see if the cleaners would clean it each day, but it stayed there the whole stay of 3 nights we stayed. The elevator was tiny and old and rattling which was unsettling and broke down on our 2nd day, so we had to climb 3 floors to get to our room and bring our suitcases down. Overall, not a good experience. I would not stay here again.

Room was good - small but comfortable. Elevator felt like ti was going to break down at any moment. Unfortunately, I left my phone charger behind, so called a couple hours later and by then it had already been stolen! Honesty and trustworthiness are going down the toilet. Cannot recommend.

This is not a four star hotel despite advertising itself as such. We were extremely disappointed with both the room, the services on offer as you would expect for a “4*” hotel. The hotel tried to take payment before we arrived eventho we had selected payment on arrival, staff very helpful and free water. Wasn’t allowed into the room until after 2pm and no where to freshen up. Room extremely small for two people, no bin in the room, no wardrobe only a metal frame customised to act as a hanger however not able to use as it has tea and coffee facilities on it. TV didn’t work and despite this being reported the aerial was faulty and was told to make do (in so many words). Bed is extremely comfy. No facility to get food in this “hotel”! Housekeeping/ cleaning disgusting, they don’t make your bed, clean your room or dust but they do put fresh towels out and change your cups. They don’t clean your sink, loo and the sink can’t have been cleaned for some time as we found hair in the plug hole (pics attached).bedside tables not wiped down. We can’t wait to leave and go to a proper four star hotel. I won’t be in a hurry to return to this hotel. The price we paid does not match the expectations or service expected. Plus point is the staff were extremely friendly.

Lift not working. Rooms are small with no storage and no closet. Was close and easy walking distance to Chinatown and public transportation. We liked the cafe next to the hotel for breakfast. They offered 10% off breakfast for staying at the hotel.

I would rate it as 2-star accommodation at 4-star prices! The room was too small for a king-sized bed with the result that getting in on one side required the agility of an acrobat. There was no cupboard shelving or hanging space and the one lift was noisy, slow and has a mind of its own during the room-service hours. To top it off, they continuously promoted a happy hour with drinks at $5 each but forgot to mention they didn't take cash and charged a surcharge. Check-out was efficient but there was a $16. credit card surcharge. Would not recommend to anyone.
